Bring your left over meat from the season to the Kitchen Santa Fe and join local chef, Joseph Wrede who will guide you through sausage making. We'll explore different techniques while making Chorizo, Green Chili, Hot Italian. We'll cook up our own sausage and celebrate with a wine pairing and meal.
